You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ProductMaster design system files for the sole purpose of testing, reviewing, and providing feedback during the beta period.

This license does not grant you rights to use the files for commercial projects, client work, resale, or public redistribution.

All files, components, layouts, typography, iconography, and related content are the exclusive intellectual property of ProductMaster.

You may not claim ownership or authorship of any ProductMaster assets, in whole or in part.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Sell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the files
• Modify and republish the content as your own
• Use the files outside the scope of the beta
• Export and reuse assets in unrelated design systems or products
• Share access credentials or team seats without approval
• Reverse engineer, deconstruct, or attempt to extract design logic or component architecture for replication or competing use

Any attempt to replicate the structure, naming conventions, interaction logic, or visual style of ProductMaster for the purpose of creating a competing product or design system is strictly forbidden.

We reserve the right to revoke beta access at any time if these terms are violated, or for any reason including misuse, inactivity, or security concerns.

You must delete all ProductMaster files if your access is revoked or when the beta period ends.

ProductMaster is currently in beta. Features, structures, and assets may change without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or file permanence during this testing period. Use of the beta is at your own risk.

When ProductMaster launches publicly, you will need to purchase a commercial license to continue using the design systems, UI kits, or components in commercial work. Details of the full licensing model will be announced at launch.

These Terms may change as we move from “coming soon” to public launch. We’ll update the date at the top and reflect key changes here.
